Was looking to do some luggage tags for an upcoming event and found DC9 Gifts on Google search. Read the reviews and went with my instincts. Dropped them an email with my request and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt response. Marcus was the gentlemen who helped with my request and his team also promptly came up with some suggestions on designs to make the logo pop. From conception to production and delivery, everything was smooth and efficient. Pricing was also very competitive. Kudos to Marcus and his team for meeting our tight deadline and getting the tags out so quickly. The final product were beautiful and extremely well received. Francis was very helpful, friendly and accommodating with all of my requests and always did his best to deliver samples as quick as possible to ensure that we were satisfied with the result. We had quite a tight deadline to follow and he managed to deliver the goods even earlier than requested. I have worked with DC9 10 years ago and the team was very detailed and attentive. Prices were very competitive and the owner does not compromise on quality. Most recently in Oct I approached DC9 to help with a last minute printing job. Because their printer is in house in Singapore, the speed from selection to delivery is amazing fast and the canvas bag is very thick and sturdy. i also love the golf umbrella's quality. Always a pleasure to work with DC9 knowing that i get good price, good quality and best service!
