Silkscreen Printing of L-Shape Folders for Urgent Rush Orders in Singapore

PP A4 L-shape plastic folders are commonly used as corporate files for brochure and even giveaway as promotional products to students and teachers. Generally event organizers will want to imprint their branding on these souvenirs to remind end users of their marketing campaigns.

There are 2 methods of plastic folder printing in the industry. These 2 methods are silkscreen printing and high definition digital printing. This post entry will only discuss silkscreen printing in depth.

Sometimes clients request for urgent L-shape folder printing with delivery within 3-4 working days. This is only made possible with artworks of 1-2 colors printing. The printing is done in house via silkscreen printing method. We have the capacity to supply 2000 printed A4 plastic folders with one color printing within 3-4 working days.

Silkscreen printing of A4 plastic folders is similar to tote bags or T-shirt printing. We print a piece of transparency, cast a mold, mix the right Pantone color and we mount onto our printing board and being the production process. Unlike fabric printing, we will need to clean up the surface with PP printer before oil based ink can adhere to the folder surface.

In house translucent PP L-shape folders come in colors of orange, purple, transparent, green, yellow, red and blue. These materials are 0.20mm in thickness.

We also keep stock for opaque PP L-shape folders in colors of white, black, royal blue, green and red.

Our in-house L-shape file folders do not come with any name card holders.
