A1: Print On Demand means you trigger a kit only when you need one (new hire, new client, event signup, membership). You don’t need to bulk-buy or store inventory—we handle storage, packing, and dispatch once your kit is approved.

A2: No. You don’t need to store anything. DC9 Gifts holds the inventory (based on your approved kit) and fulfils orders as you place them.

A3: Please send us an email to Quotation@dc9.com.sg and let us know what is inside your approved kit. Once approved kit is ready, subsequent orders can be placed easily via simple email.

A4: Yes. You can choose:

  • One-location delivery (office or event venue), or

  • Multi-address delivery (ship directly to recipients)

This works well for remote teams, clients, VIP gifting, or multi-branch businesses.

A5: Yes—we can ship internationally depending on the destination and service level required. We’ll advise the best courier option and expected delivery timeline per country.

A6: Lead time depends on the kit items and branding method, but generally:

  • Repeat orders are the fastest once your kit is approved

  • We’ll agree a clear SLA (for example, 48–72 hours) for your program

A7: Generally there is no MOQ. But the minimum amount per kit is $49.90 SGD + GST.
